If I may correct the English translation -- it should read, \"May I borrow your cellular phone?\" or \"Will you lend me your cellular phone?\" \"Borrow\" is what I do when I want to use something that belongs to someone else. \"Lend\" is what I do when someone else wants to use something that belongs to me.

Oops. La palabra \"prestar\" significa \"borrow\" (tomar) y tambien \"loan\" (dar). En esto caso, el oraction en ingles debe ser \"can you LOAN me your cellular phone\"?
