Father’s day is almost here! In a few days in, June 17th. What a great idea to make a card for “el día del padre”. It’s good to say thanks and express your affection for your dad with a simple card made by you!
Moms, teachers, and children can select different messages such as “Thanks for being a great Dad” (gracias por ser un gran papá). Another is “We love you Dad” (te amamos papá).
When you have more than 5 children in your classroom, you can personalize each card with their initials to print to avoid mixing the cards.
In this activity, the children learn Spanish because they practice the Spanish vocabulary, they can listen to the message in English and Spanish, they can color the cards, and they can have a fun time while building a beautiful card for Dad.
In addition, they can change the border, the graphic, the message in the card, and print in color or black and white and color them.
